Opened but kept in cellophane wrapping.  Inner case, Card/cartridge, collector's cards, sticker and soundtrack redemption card are all like new (soundtrack hasn't been claimed, although not sure if the code is still valid).  Outer cardboard box is in 99% perfect condition, with one barely noticeable tiny indentation on the front (so small my camera won't pick it up).  From a smoke-free home.
