Why do my hearing aids whistle ?

Normally, Wearing our hearing aid in error result in the disturbing whistling or squeaking noise coming from device is caused by called feedback. We recommend that few simple steps as followed to reduce or eliminate noise:

The first, Please choose the appropriate ear domes according to the size of the ear canal and Make sure the "ear domes" fit snugly in your ear . If your hearing aids ear domes does not fit in your ear properly, sound will leak out and back into the devices microphone, causing the whistle sound.

The Second, Please clean your device with our brush every time . Our ears produce wax naturally to trap and expel foreign substances, but when you have wax build-up in your ears and insert your hearing aids on top of the wax, the sound coming out of the amplifier will be blocked and returned to the microphone, causing a squeal.

The Third, Adjust Volume Settings, Avoid setting the volume too high. High volume settings can sometimes cause echoes, try reducing the volume gradually.

The Last , Please store your device in clean Case, If the hearing aids microphone is covered with wax or debris, it will make a noise.
