If your post code is not in CBD area, you can still place the order but our support team will contact you for the delivery cost which could be between $20 to $25 maximum for post codes near a capital city, $25 to $45 maximum for TAS and WA metro. Bulky items will attract extra cost. You can then decide to pay for the postage or cancel the order. You can contact us for NT, WA regional and remote/outback/rural areas for the postage quote. Postage to New Zealand is not included.

- Tracking details will be updated on eBay as soon as we receive them from the courier service.
- We deliver Australia-wide, including remote areas, with the exception of a few regional postcodes. In some cases, metro postcodes may not be eligible for delivery due to the size or weight of the package. If this occurs, we will either request an alternative address or issue a refund. Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office/Box, Parcel Collect, or Island addresses—a street address is required.
- Delivery typically takes 10 to 20 working days for most areas, but remote locations may experience longer delays. If your order has not arrived within 20 working days, please contact us, and we will investigate.
- For bulky items delivered in multiple boxes, all boxes are dispatched from the warehouse simultaneously, but the courier may not deliver them together. If some boxes have arrived and others are missing, please wait a few days before contacting us.
- Local pickups from the warehouse are not permitted.
- Delivery fees are charged per item. If you order two items, each will incur a separate delivery fee.
- Please allow an additional 5 to 10 working days for delivery due to potential delays caused by lockdowns or floods.
- Construction site addresses are not accepted. Address changes after dispatch will incur additional charges.
- For remote areas where doorstep delivery is unavailable, your package will be taken to the nearest collection point for pickup.
- If you require delivery by a specific date (e.g., for an event or celebration), please notify us immediately. In such cases, we often cancel the order as we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- Your purchase includes a 6-month warranty, providing peace of mind and protection against manufacturing defects.
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and notify us as soon as possible. We will inform our team and arrange for the replacement of any damaged parts.
- You will not need to cover return postage for damaged items. We will provide a return label, and you can drop off the package at the nearest Australia Post location.
- While we discourage returns due to a change of mind, we do accept them under certain conditions. The item must be returned in its original condition, with unopened packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage to our Melbourne warehouse.20% re stocking fee will be deducted.
- Change of mind returns are not accepted after 10 days from the delivery date.
