Your plants will be shipped directly from Indonesia using our export license and received by our hub in Miami under our import license in the USA.

Shipping To Asia, Europe and Africa

Your plants will be shipped with phytosanitary certificate and shipped directly from Indonesia to your address using DHL Express courier. Not permit required.

Customer from Philiphine, Taiwan, Malaysia, South Africa, Canada must have Import Permit (license)

This ensures a hassle-free experience—you don’t need to prepare any documents.

Packing Process

Roots are carefully wrapped with spaghnum moss to maintain hydration during transit.

For local delivery to your address, we use durable cardboard boxes for added protection.

Plants are shipped via direct flight from Indonesia to Florida.

From our Florida hub, we use UPS 2 Days for local delivery to your address.

If you prefer faster delivery, you may upgrade to UPS Next Day (additional fee applies).

Please double-check your shipping address to ensure accuracy. We will ship to the address you provide.

Customer From Asia, Europe and Africa

Your plants will be shipped with phytosanitary certificate and shipped directly from Indonesia to your address using DHL Express courier. Not permit required. Estimate arrived to Asia is 2-4 business days, Europe is 5-7 business days.

Winter Protection:

During winter months, please inform us if you need extra protection such as heat packs or insulation packing (additional fee applies). Since you know your local weather best, we recommend considering these options accordingly.
