These Credit card-sized (size of a debit card) NFC cards are made of high-quality PVC. One side of the card has the character's image as shown in Photo 1. Photo 2 shows what the image looks like on the other side of the card. Each card comes in a protective sleeve in which the card can be scanned while in the sleeve.
These cards serve the same functionality as its counterpart Skylanders figure when you place the cards on the portal.
