SHIPPING
- As soon as we have received your cleared
payment your items will be shipped.
- We deliver using Australia Post, Aramex,
Couriers Please, Sendle and other freight providers. If you require express
postage an extra charge will be applicable.
- Please allow up to 10 days for delivery, much
less to most areas.
- Due to occupational health and safety, pick
up is NOT available at our warehouse.
- If a problem does arise, please contact us
first, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.
Due to high shipping costs to REMOTE and
some non-metro areas a freight surcharge MAY apply.
If you are in a REMOTE or
non-metro area you MAY receive an invoice for the surcharge and your item will
be sent after this is paid.
Should you not pay the remote
area freight surcharge it will be taken that you wish to cancel
your order and your payment refunded.
Due to unfair and exorbitant
Australia Post policies, deliveries to Post Offices, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers
and RMB's may also incur an additional freight charge.
