This is a beautiful Marc Jacobs retro bangle bracelet. It measures about 1.25 inches wide. The black hexagon bangle is accented with a pretty triangle. This is 2.5 inches across inside.  Whiskers Rescue Inc. is a small non profit dedicated to the humane reduction of the feral and stray cat population though trap, neuter, return. We offer a free TNR voucher program to low income, NJ residents, to allow caretakers to spay/neuter the feral cats they feed. We provide free equipment rentals and training to anyone who wants to transition from feeding to becoming a caretaker. We rely heavily on ebay sales and jewelry donations to fund the program.  We fund 500-600 spay/neuter surgeries per year preventing thousands of homeless kittens from being born on our streets.
