This is an original vintage glossy photo. It looks like a drawing. It was printed back in the 80's-90's. It must have been a publicity photo that you would take to get an autograph. It's in near mint condition.

This will be shipped with a tracking number, in a sleeve, sandwiched between heavy cardboard and placed into a large manilla package. This way your photo doesn't have a chance to get bent going through the envelope machines. And you'll know exactly where your photo is with the tracking number.
