Oasis Wet-Tail Drops are an effective liquid treatment for the condition commonly known as "wet tail". Wet tail is a stress induced diarrhea that is very debilitating and dangerous for hamsters. WET TAIL DROPS ARE IDEAL FOR:
HAMSTERS stressed by transport, new diet or excessive handling. Stress is believed to be the leading cause of diarrhea (wet-tail) in hamsters. Also suitable for mice, rats, gerbils, guinea pigs and similar small pets.

SYMPTOMS OF STRESS and ILLNESS MAY INCLUDE:
Obvious changes in behavior or physical appearance such as weight loss, hunched posture, hair coat that is ungroomed or "standing up", hamster sitting in one position with eyes squinted, lack of appetite, dehydration or diarrhea. The animal may not want to be handled and may show signs of depression or anxiety. Early intervention (before onset of diarrhea) offers the best chance for a cure.

Sick hamsters often have dry looking ears (a sign of dehydration) held back against the head (often with a folded look), and empty cheek pouches which give the face a thin, lean look. Any sign of a distended belly is a sign of digestive trouble that may be wet-tail in the advanced stages.

• FREE SHIPPING is offered on all the orders shipped within United States including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico. The estimated delivery time would be 5-10 business days.

International Shipping Policies:

Flat Shipping Fee is charged on the International Shipments.

• Orders getting shipped to Canada , North & South America, Shipping fee is $15.00 and $1.00 for each additional item.

• Orders getting shipped to Mexico, United Kingdom, Japan and Australia Shipping fee is $20.00 and $10.00 for each additional item.

• Orders getting shipped to rest of the countries, Shipping fee is $26.00 and $15.00 for each additional item

1) We will send a return label in case of defective or incorrect products shipped.
2) Once we receive the defective shipment, we process and ship out a new order with in 2-3 business days.
3) We will also issue complete refund (product price + shipping cost) in case you don’t want any replacement item.
4) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 3 business days.

1) Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective and Refused Shipments.
2) They must be returned within 30 days.
3) We will not charge any restocking fee.
4) We will not refund the shipping charges.

It is the FULL responsibility of the customer to ensure that these vitamins and supplements are allowed by their Customs. Customs regulations vary greatly by country. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
