This is a Vintage Stoneware Coupe Pasta/Soup/Cereal Bowl by Sakura, designed by Debbie Mumm, in the pattern called "The Magic of Santa".  It measures 7-1/2" diameter, 1-1/2" tall, holds 20 oz., and is dishwasher and microwave safe.  There are multiple quantities available, and each is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, and only minor signs of use, if any.  Buy more and save!
