This book has some very cool tattoos in it!

 Many of the pictures have a place or two on the pictures where the manufacturing process has filled them in with a Navy Blue colored ink. It doesnt keep you from coloring any of them but it DOES keep you from being able to let your creative juices flow freely and color them the colors you want to on all of the pictures.
