This is a used car part.  You are buying the plastic dash bezel only.   I will send as a bonus the circuit board message center and overdrive switch.  These have not been tested and may need to be replaced.  Missing 2 clips.  2 wheel drive.  Please look at detailed pictures for what is included and condition.  It does need to be cleaned.  Has some scuffs and scratches.  Normal wear.
