Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage
Our refurbished products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This warranty applies only to eligible items purchased from our eBay store, VacReviveau, marked with the blue refurbished tick.

2. Warranty Period
The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase for eligible refurbished items. During this period, if an eligible product malfunctions due to manufacturing defects or fails to meet performance expectations under normal use, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

3. Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:

• Contact us via eBay messaging with your order details and a description of the issue.
• Provide photos or videos if applicable, as this can expedite the claim process.
• Once verified, we will provide instructions on returning the item for repair or replacement.

4. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
• Water damage or physical damage.
• Routine wear and tear, cosmetic damages, or issues arising from improper handling or storage.
• Products used in a commercial setting or for purposes other than their intended use.

5. Inspection and Documentation
All items returned for warranty claims will be thoroughly inspected and documented. If any misuse, water damage, or physical damage is found, the warranty will be voided. An inspection report will be provided to both the buyer and eBay.

6. Warranty for Used or New Condition Products
For products listed in used or brand-new condition without the blue refurbished tick, the 1-Year Limited Warranty does not apply. Instead, these items are covered under our 30-Day Free Return Policy.

7. Warranty Replacement
If an item cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement of the same model. In the event the exact model is unavailable, a similar product of equal or greater value may be offered.

8. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. If the warranty claim is valid, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replaced item. In cases where the warranty is voided, reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

9. Limitations
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary by jurisdiction.

For motorized heads and larger items, we have custom-made boxes tailored to fit, with each product wrapped in PP bags or bubble wrap for added protection during transit. Our packaging choices are designed to balance environmental responsibility with the safe arrival of your item.
