Screen Information:

It is important to check your old screen type. Please match your laptop model and original screen's backlight type, size, Data cable Pin, and Resolution before you purchase this item, because even same laptop models come with more than one type of screens. This item is LED Backlight screen. Please check model numbers and part numbers for compatibility.

Warranty Policy:

All products come with 120 days warranty for all DOA (Dead on Arrive) and all manufacturers defective such as line, fuzzy, distorted image, spot and pixel issue (More than 3 dead pixels). The personal or physical damage and cracked is not covered by warranty.

Return Policy:

A RMA number is required for all refunds or returned items. If the item is DOA, you must contact us within 14 days after received the item if the item is DOA or shipping damage.

The Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is requested for all refund or return items. Without RMA number, the return item will not be accepted. The RMA number will be voided after 7 business days of issuing date.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return of DOA, wrong part order, and non-used part, wrong part ship, and warranty exchanges.

All Items can be return for refund within 30 days of the purchase date. After the 30 days of the purchase date will only be eligible for exchange. Please note that the original Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All non-defective, wrong part order, and part not used return will occur a 15% restocking fee.

Payment Policy:

We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. For credit card payment, the customer must either by it via PayPal or contact with us by phone to pay it.

The payment is expected within 5 days after purchased. Unpaid auction winner will be forfeited and receive negative feedback.

The sale tax of 8.25% will be applied for all shipment to Texas address.

Shipping Policy:

The Free shipping (4 to 7 business days) for 50 U.S. States including Guam and Puerto Rico.

The Standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) is $6.9 for 50 U.S. States including Guam and Puerto Rico.

The Expedited shipping (2 to 3 business days) is $17.80 for 48 U.S. States not including Guam and Puerto Rico.

The Overnight shipping (1 business day) is $29.80 for 46 U.S. States not including Hawaii, Alaska, APO, PO Box, Guam and Puerto Rico.

For all international shipment, the buyer has responsible for all customs, duty, and import fee. The fee is not including on the shipping charge. 

For all international shipment, the phone number is requested in order to get the order ship out.

All item purchased will be shipped out in the within 24 hours same days.

PS: The Saturday and Sunday do not including on the business day. Any overnight order made before 4:00PM on Friday will be shipped out in the same day. However, it will be delivered on Monday.
