Characteristics: Matcha Moon's organic matcha is pesticide-free, additive-free, colorant-free, and fragrance-free. This organic matcha powder is carefully stone-ground from Tencha leaves. It has a rich, elegant aroma like young leaves, a sweet and smooth mouthfeel without astringency, and a pleasant umami taste. It can be enjoyed in thick tea, thin tea, matcha latte, etc.
How to use: Sift 2-3g of matcha into a warmed tea bowl using a tea strainer. Gently pour in 80-85℃ hot water and stir quickly and evenly with a tea whisk. Gently move your wrist to create a "w" shape, and finally gently pull the tea whisk up on the surface to create a "no" shape.
