SHIPMENT
Your order will be shipped via DHL within one business day (Mon-Fri). Standard deliveries usually take 3-5 business days, sometimes longer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by DHL, as these are beyond our control.
We will only ship replacement items after DHL has confirmed the loss of the original item. DHL requires 10 days from the shipping date to confirm the shipment status.
For security reasons, we only ship to the address registered with PayPal from which the payment was received. This is solely for fraud prevention against eBay members.
According to eBay policy, we cannot change your delivery address after payment has been received.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy, no questions asked. If you wish to cancel your order within this period, please return it to us unused and in resalable condition within 30 days. We will refund you the full purchase price.
The buyer bears the costs for return shipping.
