Always ensure to oil all threads well, remove any washers/bolts that are still attached to the flywheel. Ensure flywheel puller main body is fully bottomed out on its front face, before winding in the middle draw bolt.

Ensure the end of your crank is protected if the middle extractor bolt has to push against threads, use an old bolt/nut to push off.
