Items LOST in transit are non-refundable unless sent with tracking. Replacements for items lost in transit will be issued 7 business days after the estimated delivery date. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays outside of our control caused by Royal Mail.

Therefore, we cannot accept requests to cancel/change/return/refund orders unless there is an error on our part. We hold ourselves to a high standard and strive to meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order due to our error, please message us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo clearly showing the defect/issue, and we will provide you with a replacement.
