・Modified FR hollow body w/ Fan bracing

Based on the single-cut Ibanez original "FR" shape, this hollow body is about 50mm thick and has fan bracing on the top (top), which is common in classical guitars.

・Side Sound Port

There is no sound hole on the front side of the body, but there is a sound port on the side of the body facing the player. It is designed to be easy to experience the natural nylon sound while being comfortable to hold compared to electric guitars.

・46mm width nut / 400R fretboad radius

The nut width is between a typical classical guitar and an electric guitar, and the fingerboard has a radius of 400mm. With the performance of an electric guitar player like Tim in mind, the specifications are set apart from classical guitars to achieve smooth fingering.

In addition, this guitar, which pioneers a new category of "nylon electric guitar," has a slightly lower string height setting (compared to general classical guitars) that does not mind buzzing.

・"Tree of Death" fingerboard inlay

The name and design, which seem to be a counterpart to the fingerboard inlay that symbolizes Ibanez, are special specifications that symbolize the TOD model, realized by Tim himself.

・Fishman S-Core pickup & Ibanez AEQ210TF preamp w/Onboard tuner

The pickup uses a Fishman S-Core that amplifies the acoustic sound straightforwardly.

The onboard tuner is an Ibanez AEQ-210TF preamp with a 2-band equalizer. (Powered by 9V alkaline battery)

・Solid Sitka Spruce top

The body top is made of solid Sitka spruce, which features a bright and clear sound.

・Sapele back and sides

Sapele, which has a mahogany-like appearance and sound and is rich in warm mid-low range components, is used for the sides and back of the body.

・Walnut fretboard

The fingerboard is made of walnut, which is characterized by a balanced sound.

・Walnut bridge

The bridge is made of walnut, just like the fingerboard.
