Your order will be shipped with DHL Post.
After we shipped your order it should arrive in about 1 to 4 weeks.
1. All packages can on dhl.de as well as your own country's Postal Tracking Service - USPS.com, Poste Italiane, La Poste, bpost, PostNL, Brazil Post, Israel Post, Royal Mail, Canada Post etc, etc, as the case may be.
2. It is much faster to see the current status and location of a package with a quick search on the relevant Postal System's website, or Aftership.com, or Parcel Monitor.com, or ParcelApp.com than sending as a message, "where's my order" and waiting for our response.
3. If you send us an e-mail, we will naturally go to the very same sites to do a search using the very same Tracking Number and then respond to your query.
4. It takes more time to read, research and respond to every query 'Where's my order' or 'I haven't received my order'? than you visiting the relevant website within seconds.
6. Naturally, if your order doesn?t arrive within a resonable expected delivery time (usually 2-3 weeks after shipmentfrom Germany), than please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to track the package and find a solution.
7. We are not able to provide an exact delivery date for any order, since all orders are shipped via the post. We have no control over how effeciently or quickly the postal services on either end works.
8. Please do not send us e-mails within 24-48 hours of placing order, wondering why the order has not been shipped? We ship ALL orders within 2-3 Business Working Days, not sooner.
9. Queries which do not require urgent response, will not be answered within 24 hours, since it only slows down the entire process of recording orders, preparing shipment and updating the customer with tracking information and our record keeping.
10. From time to time, in order to meet our shipping deadline, we may substitute the ordered item (if supplies are low) for the next best alternative brand of similar qualtity or quantity or bigger package.
11. Please make sure the shipping address is correct and complete, including backdrop, Suite no, PO Box etc, and in English ONLY. To avoid errors and delays in delivery or lost packages, foreign languages ??or scripts?n? We do not want to translate.
