- ALL Sales are Final, No Refund / Exchange unless defect item.Most of our products are direct from distributor and are intended for jobber purpose, so they may not come with instruction manual. Professional mechanic are recommended for installation. This can avoid many problems that can often be found with an inexperienced installer of aftermarket products. Warranty will be void for improper installation.
- 30 days exchange on defect item only . No return will be accepted after 30days. Item must be returned before replace. Customers are responsible to pay for the shipping for return.
- RETURN/EXCHANGE-We will replace/refund to you upon your request however we need to receive the item back before we can process your request .
- For damages during freight, pls notice us and we will make damage claim directly with the carrier. All of our merchandise are insured by the carrier who assumes all the responsibility of damages, theft or lost. We will process replacement/refund ONLY after the claim reimbursement is issued (no exception).
- We reserve the right to cancel bids from any bidder with a history of negative feedback/Non-payment.
- All items must be paid within 15 days,or an eBay non-paying bidder alert will be filed.
