All items that we sell are tested & working.

For all PC games. The CD/DVD KEY comes with the package. If it is not included in the package then you are able to install it without the KEY.

The delivery costs is for the buyer.

Returns within 14-Days are accepted but the buyer is responsible for the costs. When you refuse the package at the door and directly return it with the delivery driver then mostly it is free of costs. But when you took it and opened it then want to return it then the costs are for the buyer.

Our actual handling time is 1-3 working days. We always try and do our best to do it as soon as possible.

All packages will be sent with insurance via PostNL international, this is to make sure when the package is somehow lost or stolen, we both get our funds back 

For international buyers outside the EU. (We are located in the Netherlands)

Next to the general delivery costs, buyers are responsible for other payments for the delivery of the package from our location to your selected location. Such as: local taxes, import duties or other payable levies.

For domestic buyers.

The delivery service is PostNL. In the majority of cases you can estimate that PostNL will be able to deliver your package within 1-3 days, but sometimes it exceeds to 5 days. 

And, 

• Without insurance, with track and trace for mailbox packages = 4,25 euro 
• Without insurance, with track and trace for normal sized packages = 5,95 euro
• With insurance up to 500 euro, choose for delivery option 10,35 euro
