Measuring Instructions: Measure the circumference below the patella (kneecap).

The Original Knee Strap can be worn on either knee, right or left.

Note: If you are between sizes, we suggest you order the smaller size.

Original Knee Strap Sizing

XSmall - Less than 10 in.;     Less than 25 cm.

Small - 10-12.5 in.;            25-32 cm.

Medium - 12.5-14.5 in.;         32-37 cm.

Large - 14.5-16.5 in.;         37-42 cm.

XLarge - 16.5-18 in.;            42-46 cm.

XXLARGE - 18-21 in.;               46-53 cm.
