New, Opened box. I removed the plastic cover around the box to make sure it wasn't opened, as i wasn't sure this plastic cover was the original. It turned out to be the original plastic cover around the box. The Chips and card are still sealed, never opened. The metal box does have some damage on the outside as shown in the pictures. Everything inside is in new condition.
