The original spring, bolt, nut, and screws are not included. Please ensure you retain these components from your existing setup, as they are compatible with this replacement part.

This part is crafted from durable, heavy-duty PETG with 100% infill, designed for long-lasting performance. It has been 3D printed and custom-designed as a direct replacement for the original bracket. You will not need any of the original plastic bracket or knuckle parts—just your existing center bolt, nut, spring, and screws (which are not included).

Assembly Instructions:

  1. When removing the leg for storage, immediately secure the nut back onto the bolt to prevent loss.
  2. To disassemble further, you can break down the leg segments the same way.
  3. For the first bracket, I recommend using at least one of the 8 additional screw holes for maximum stability, as this part bears the most weight.
  4. When assembling, place the pieces on a flat surface and align them with the notch on the side of the bracket. Do not connect the pieces until they are mounted to the leg.
  5. When bolting the leg to the spider, have one person hold the leg while the other secures it. These legs are not designed to be suspended in air—if needed, support the leg with wire or heavy-duty fishing line.

Important Considerations: This replacement is designed for durability. While stress testing has been done, please note that like any part, it is only as strong as its weakest point, and the spider itself may have inherent issues. For additional leg strength, consider filling the legs with foam (such as Great Stuff) to address any bending concerns.
