This lovely Victorian style teacup and saucer is from Paragon, one of England's foremost china manufacturing companies from 1919 to 1960.  The gold trimmed lilac and ribbon pair bear the Double Warrant of the Royal Family.  The condition is good, the trim has very little wear and there are no cracks or crazing.  There appears to be a tiny imperfection on the inside teacup rim (last picture) that is very hard to see.  Please see the 'Item Specifics' for dimensions.
