COMPLETE MOTHERBOARD WITH FAN. I have found it to be faulty. It freezes on the Dell logo screen, will not enter BIOS and cannot even be powered off by holding down the power button. A new CMOS battery has been tried but didn t help. I suspect a faulty BIOS chip
