In 1990, he served as the technical director of the art training center of Yixing purple sand craft factory. Since 1993, he has been specialized in innovation and production in the Research Institute of the factory. Chinese ceramic art master (the third session in 2016), is a senior craft artist, a member of China Arts and Crafts Society, and a director of Jiangsu Ceramic Art Committee.
