Not a cheap knock off....... New old stock. These are surplus government rings, which can be listed under several part numbers and NSN numbers. They were mil-spec packaged so I opened them, inspected sprayed and sealed to await sale. I have several sets of "Detroit Diesel" brand ring sets also for sale with the same part numbers.
