First run of Diablo 2 for the PC. The first run came with the upper right hand corner carved out with a message about online play, and was also more 3 dimensional with the printing/texture of the artwork on the front. Later releases omit the message in the upper right and the box has less physical texture to it. 

Please note that this does NOT include the game disc or the jewel case but I AM including the Diablo 2 expansion jewel case that I have lying around as a bonus (also no game), but does include everything else that came with it. All inserts, manual, etc are included. Jewel case with CD key is also included but I have edited out the CD key. I don't think they work anymore but just in case.
