These placemats appear to have been handmade and are excellent quality. They have a farmhouse/country home design with black and white cows over a blue and white striped background. The ruffled trim is black. Each measures approx 18” x 13.5”. There are about 3 or 4 that have very light, minor spots as pictured. But all are clean, intact, and in overall great condition. Circa 1980s.
