It's recommended to use 1-2 times a day for 4-6 weeks, 20 minutes each time ( increase/decrease treatment frequency and treatment time according to your treatment area and physical conditions). For better results, it is recommended to use 100% power level in PW mode. PW is superior to CW in most cases except for neurotherapy. You can increase/decrease the power level according to your therapy result. Cold laser should be used tightly against the skin without wearing clothes.During the treatment process, it's better to move the laser back and forth in the treatment area repeat this process until you have reached your desired treatment time. You will benefit from consistent use.
