THE LABEL IS PURCHASED, FORWARD SHIPPING RETURN INFORMATION TO OUR EMAIL. THIS
INCLUDES SHIPPING LABEL USED, RETURN ADDRESS AND TRACKING NUMBER.

*All returned items are subject to inspection
for customer errors such as misused, damaged or not properly packaged for
return. Returns must be in original non-modified, undamaged packaging. Any
return missing original packaging or in damaged/modified packaging will not be
accepted.
