How To Use:

1.To fill your how water bottle , hold the neck and fill in an upright position to a maximum of two thirds capacity

2.Do not fill with boiling water

3.Remove excess air from your water bottle by placing onto a flat surface until water appears at the opening

4.The stopper should then be inserted and screwed sufficiently tight to ensure that there is no leakage
