Domestic shipping is free, with paid expedited shipping services available in the shipping options. Exceptions may exist for large items.

Once your item is paid for, it will typically ship on the next business day. Sorry, we can not hold items once they are paid for, per eBay policy.

U.S.A. Shipments

Orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Your package is fully insured for all U.S.A. shipments.

International Shipments

International shipments are handled through eBay's Global Shipping Program and are subject to their policies, prices and shipping times. Please note that eBay does not allow combined shipping on international orders through their Global Shipping Program.

Return Policy

We accept returns for any reason through the eBay returns service up to 14 days after receiving the item. Items must be returned in original condition they were sold in to qualify for a full refund.  Refunds can take 1-3 business days to process.

Appraisals

All items are inspected and graded by our GIA Graduate Gemologist. Insurance appraisals are available upon request and may be subject to additional fees. Pleast contact us if you are interested in this service.

Ring Resizing

Please message us prior to payment for an estimate if you would like a ring resized so that we may send an updated invoice. Ring resizing is available (up or down two sizes) on most of our gold rings, for an additional charge. Also note, returns are still accepted after the ring has been sized in most cases, but the sizing fee is non-refundable.
