1898-O Morgan dollar, Choice-Plus Uncirculated (just below Gem).  This coin is evidently one of the never-circulated stockpiles, kept in banks or the U.S. Treasury vaults until released for collecting.  It is a good Choice "UNC" with its good strike for New Orleans Mint issues, with strong pinwheel and frosty lustre.  Its solid, clean lustre which can be a challenge for 1898-O.  In addition, the reverse has the clash marks of Liberty's silhouette that you see when Morgan dollar dies hit together hard enough, with no silver planchet fed in at that instant.  Numismatic historians might note with amusement that, prior to the 1960s Treasury releases of stores coins found in national vaults, that the 1898-O was so rare that '98-O Mint State coins were once star specimens of the best collections and auctions.  This would definitely complete a coin folder collection of type or year type, or anything with Morgans in it!
