All orders placed before 3:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day.
If a customer wishes to return parts due to a change of mind, a 25% fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. This fee covers service and processing charges.
All orders must be returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Returns of goods without prior authorization from the company will not be accepted for credit and will remain the sole risk and responsibility of the customer. Goods that are accepted for return will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, with no marks on the product or packaging. Opened or damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.
