This camcorder powers on. Buttons work when a VHS tape is in. BUT, I cannot get it to display on a TV monitor. From my limited knowledge, I think these older VHS cameras need a good battery to work right

I dont have a blank tape to try to record. It's a complete package.

All this being said, I have to sell as a project. May need work. Probably foes. I am not knowledgeable to know if it works or not. Instruct  me and I'll test anything.
