Stainless Steel Medical ID tag that features a pink ribbon and pink medical symbol on the top of the tag. 

MEDICAL ALERT! SEE BACK is etched engraved on the TOP of the tag. Choose from: NO BP/IV/NEEDLES This Arm, Right Arm, Or Left Arm, is etched engraved on the back side of the tag.

The tag is 2 inches long and ½ inch high. It includes 2 jump rings on each end.
 Attach this with our many interchangeable bracelet strands in our store to create your own look! Add 2 inches to the strand length for your overall bracelet length.

We will accept returns purchased within 30 days. Items must be new, unaltered, and in the original packaging and condition received. Items that are defective will be replaced with proof. We will not accept defective items returned back to us. If a defective item is returned, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. No returns accepted on customized items, or any socks/garments that have been opened, worn, or tried on. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refunded and will be deducted from Free Ship Items.
