The front of the postcard features a photograph of Queen's Cottage, located in the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew. The cottage was built around 1770 by King George III and Queen Charlotte as a summer tea-room. It was later gifted to the public, along with the surrounding grounds, by Queen Victoria in 1897.
