Book is in rough shape, but it's all there and still in one piece.

Cover binding is cracked but still held together well by the cloth/fabric.

The first and last pages are loose. The rest are all still attached.

There is writing and underlining throughout 1/3 of the book or so.

It also has some spotting on some of the pages.

Still a fairly solid book, it just needs to be handled with care.

It's a survivor that goes for over $2000 on collectors sites.
