Rare Vintage Soviet Handle Lever Gear Manual Shift Knob Car Handmade ИТК / CLC (Correctional Labor Colony). Made in USSR 1970-80s

Gear knob, made of plexiglass. Has traces of time, use and small cracks all over the surface (not deep). There are no chips at the bottom near the carving. There is another thin additional hole of unknown purpose.
