- Image-Based Rug Creation - Not a Brand Match: We create rugs solely based on the listing images, carefully replicating the patterns and, most importantly, the colors shown. If you're trying to match a rug you already own from another retailer or brand, we kindly advise not to order from us - as your rug may not match perfectly, and we want to prevent any disappointment. However, if you're a new buyer, you can expect the rug to closely match the images provided in our listing.

Important Details About Our Rugs
- Color Accuracy: The images in our listing represent the most accurate colors possible. However, due to individual screen settings, there may be slight variations between the product and what you see on your screen. Lighting conditions in your room also play a significant role in how the colors appear. For best results, place the rug in a well-lit room or under natural daylight before comparing it with listing images.
- Handmade Variations & Dimensions: Our rugs are handmade, so there may be minor size variations (2-4 inches) and pattern variations, adding to their unique character. These variations are not defects but a testament to the artisan's craftsmanship.
- Irregularly Shaped Rugs: Rugs with irregular shapes will be measured from the outermost points. Due to the irregular shape of the rug, it is recommended to purchase one size larger than what you initially plan to purchase.
- Shipping Creases: Rugs wider than 9 feet will be shipped folded, which may result in temporary creases. These will naturally flatten out within a few weeks of use.
- Shedding: Shedding is normal in new wool rugs and will diminish with regular vacuuming.
