No CD Player? No problem! This portable USB powered device adds a CD Player to your car. Control song selections with your steering wheel and radio buttons! Slightly larger than a CD, this player can be tucked in the center console or glovebox. Comes with attached USB cable, cable extender and a mounting pad if you want to attach the player in a particular location. 

Make sure that your car's USB port supports data transfer, not just power supply (most modern cars have a port that supports this.) To do this, plug in your phone and see if you can project your screen/music or see if the port can read data from a USB drive.
