• Made to order rugs take around 8-9weeks, depend on the sizes.

• If spills occur, blot immediately. Do not rub the stain

• Rotate occasionally to equalize wear.

If thread comes out do not pull the yarn, trim with scissor.

*Returned rug must have no visible signs of wear or use.

*Customised or personalised rugs cannot be returned or refunded.

* Any Return shipping cost the customer will need to pay, The client is 100% responsible for return shipping costs.

*We require all returned rugs to be professionally wrapped and shipped by our preferred carrier DHL.

*Once the shipment is returned to the sender(seller) in a good condition, the full refund is initiated to the buyer.
