All these parts are used and in used condition. If you require brand new condition, there’s a really simple way to do this - it’s called “paying full price and buying brand new”. These items are a fraction of the new price and as eBay states: “The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but it is fully operational and functions as intended.” 

In many cases, the item in the picture is an incredibly hard to find used part that has been discontinued by the manufacturer. As a result, it may not be the exact one sent out as I have thousands for sale and I cannot take pictures of every single one. And yes, the same lunatics have seriously said that I need to do this. 

When someone who needs brand new condition buys a used part, they get upset by a small scuff, they lodge a return, I get sad and lose money paying for said return, they then leave me a bad review and in the ultimate sacrifice, a fridge king fairy dies. And no one wants that on their conscience.
