NOTE:  This is actually the 2nd edition of Polugaevsky's "Grandmaster Preparation" published by Pergamon Press in 1984.  This offered book, published by Cadogan in 1994, has revisions and different games analyzed,  especially in the last section.  The story of his Sicilian variation is the same, however, in both editions.
