These are VERY EXPENSIVE to buy and UNUSED -- I purchased them at an Estate Sale OVER 20 years ago and they have been in storage ever since -- These ROLLS are WOOD which is "SANDED - FIGURED ANEGRE" -- it MEASURES about 7/8 inches wide by 1/8 inch thick by 328 LINEAR FEET LONG!!! == The "DIAMETER" of this BIG ROLL is 29 inches across -- I guess you would use it for the "end side" of shelves and furniture etc -- Think of the COST and EXPENSE to try and do this yourself, the wasted wood (from sawing it) would be unreal as well -- I was told these rolls were imported from Canada, then an eBayer emailed me and said that "Figured Anegre" is a whole different wood from South America, so you be the judge -- it "looks" like a White Oak to me -- these are HEAVIER rolls than they look, about 12 pounds with packing. and unfortunately, they are "considered" by the shipping companies -- there is NO combined shipping with these rolls *************** WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE IS WHAT YOU GET!! ++++++++ *******Please see our OTHER AUCTIONS for more UNIQUE and UNUSUAL ITEMS and combine to save on postage. -- My "handling" amounts to about $1 to $3.00 on harder to pack items, which helps defray the cost of packing peanuts and bubble wrap. -- LASTLY, the MAJORITY of the items I sell are either ANTIQUES or USED MERCHANDISE, do not EXPECT antiques or used merchandise to be "out-of-the-box" brand new and perfect items.
