If you change your mind, and wish to return your order, you must do so within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase

If you do not like the item or change your mind, please contact us within 14-days for a full refund (Item must be in the same new condition as sent. Customer is liable for return postage cost and we advise using tracked service, as we do not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged whilst being returned).

All our devices have the IMEI & serial number recorded to prevent any fraud or customers from swapping items (please note if IMEI/serial number does not match we will not accept responsibility, as it won’t be ours, and we have the legal right to Blacklist the item).
