Fabulous study of golden sunflowers by renaissance engraving legend Johann Theodor De Bry. This print was originally found in his seminal work Florigelum Novum, published in Frankfort in 1612 which featured flowers from around the world. The naturalistic engraving was faithfully reproduced in the early 90s for the famous J. Pocker company in a limited run.
